This was my third order from Marcelle, this time I got a Parka and some Canvas sneakers. Like my previous purchases (a sweater and a pair of chinos), the quality is consistent. Good quality, minor shipping hiccup
I bought a Leather jacket and a Cotton blouse. The quality of both items is definitely good, especially the leather jacket; it feels durable and looks sharp. The blouse is also comfortable and well-made. My order arrived in about 6 days, which was fine. However, the tracking information wasn't updated for the first two days after I got the shipping notification, which made me a bit anxious. It eventually caught up, but clearer initial tracking would be an improvement. Customer service was polite when I inquired about it. Prices are a bit higher, but the quality seems to justify it.
